General information

Sizing

Our sizing is true to its range, and designed with room to grow.  But off course our sizes can different per child.
For our toddler and big kid sizes, 2/3 will fit through to age 4, 4/5 will fit through to age 6, 6/7 will fit through to age 8, and 8 will fit through to age 9. Buying a size up is not recommended.

Care

All our products are 100% made from up cycled cotton or linen. We select only the best quality shirts. The quality of the fabrics is high. To care for your cotton garments, we recommend to machine wash max. 30 degrees of cold, line dry.
All of our linen garments are pre-washed and dried. To care for your linen garments, we recommend to machine wash cold, and machine dry, which allows the fibers to soften.

Return policy

We believe in a good customer service. So we will gladly accept returns. Are you not happy or satisfied with your purchase? Let us know!
You can return or exchange them within 15 days from date of delivery.  We will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items.
Please note, because all our items are unique an item can not be exchanged for the same style in a different size or color. So please do not ship order back without emailing us first – we will return your package and can give you advice. You can contact us via email.
If the new item is less expensive the amount will be credited. When an item is more expensive you will be given a new invoice and a new payment request. The old invoice will be credited and refunded to the account it was paid from.
All returns should be accompanied by a note with the order number, reason of return and whish for exchange or refund. Unidentifiable returns may not be possible to refund.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Lost packages will not be refunded.

Shipping & fees

Domestic

All domestic orders are shipped directly from us to you via Post NL.
Delivery time should be typically within 2 business days. PostNL states to deliver envelopes and packages within 2 working days. Orders placed (and paid) from Monday through Friday before 1PM, will be delivered within two working days. You will receive your order 2 working days at the latest after we have received your payment.
If you have any specific shipping requests or need your order at any specific time, we’re more than happy to help you, so just let us know via email.

International

We do ship internationally.
The orders within Europe 1+2 will be handled via DPD and we ship with UPS to Europe 3 and outside Europe.

Shipment costs overview

International orders may take additional time to ship, so again, let us know if you’re in a rush and we’ll do our best to accommodate that.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.

Acceptable forms of payment include for domestic orders IDEAL payment and for international orders all through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make purchases.
